Housing Rehabilitation Program
Offers no-interest deferred loans to homeowners in Benton, Linn, and Lincoln counties for home repair and rehabilitation. The purpose is to eliminate hazardous or unsafe conditions, bring dwelling up to code, provide for handicapped accessibility, etc. Loans targeted to specific areas.

Housing Programs, Transitional and Emergency
Transitional/Emergency Housing program assists low-income households who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, transition into or maintain permanent affordable housing.

Weatherization Program
Offers services to save energy and reduce heating costs. Safety checks, energy education,weather-stripping, insulation, and furnace tests.
